Customer Service Policy

At Studio 28 Couture, Inc. it is our goal to delight 100% of our customers and we are committed to the highest standards of customer service. We treat our customers as individuals and are prepared to address your every concern.

Quality Guarantee

Our custom made couture is guaranteed to be of the best quality in fabric and workmanship. Our garments are inspected thoroughly and are guaranteed to be flawless. Our expert seamstresses are very experienced and have been sewing couture items for 10 years at minimum. For your comfort and to add to the quality of the garment, all dresses are lined. We strive to create dresses that are just as beautiful on the inside as on the outside.

If your garment does not fit exactly as you would like, Studio 28 will alter your dress once, free of charge. Please see below for our return policy.

Shipping Policy

Studio 28 Couture, Inc. only ships within the U.S. via USPS. The cost for shipping is $8.00 per item. Please allow up to three weeks before delivery as our dresses are custom pieces and take time to make. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow a few extra days for your shipment to arrive.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will apply only if your shipping addresses is within New York state.

Return Policy

As stated above, our garments are of the best quality inside and out. Because our garments are handmade on an individual basis, we do not accept returns and do not allow refunds or exchanges. We will, however, alter your garment once, free of charge.

**We highly recommend that you visit our sizing page to find a good fit before purchasing a dress.

Sizing

It is highly important that you take your measurements yourself using a tape measure OR have a professional tailor take your measurements before choosing a size. You can choose a size using our sizing chart or contact us with your measurements and we will help you choose your size. We size our dresses using standard sizing methods and do not make dresses to individual body measurements. We will, however, tailor your dress once, free of charge is it does not fit properly. Please see our sizing chart for more information on choosing the best size for you.

Privacy Policy

Studio 28 Couture, Inc. maintains a strict privacy policy and any personal information you share with us is kept absolutely private and used by us alone to provide you with the best possible service. Your credit card information is securely transferred and maintained. Studio 28 Couture, Inc. uses SSL encryption to protect your credit card and other confidential information. We do not make any customer information available to any other vendor or organization. We never sell, rent, or trade e-mail addresses with any other company.
