How accurately does my computer screen display the colors of the fabrics/dresses?
It is highly important to us that you are delighted by your purchase and therefore, you should be fully aware that different computer screens display the fabric colors slightly differently. If you are worried about whether or not two fabrics will match, please simply contact us to inquire. Also, fabric swatches are available for $2 each.
How long will it take for my dress to arrive?
It will take 3 weeks for your dress to arrive. If you have an upcoming event and you need your dress to be finished sooner, please contact us.
Do your fabrics change often?
Our fabrics change seasonally.
Occasionally a fabric may be out of stock. In that case, we will contact you personally to advise you on how to adjust your order. No fabrics will be substituted without your prior approval.
How do I know your dresses will fit me?
It is highly important that you take your measurements using a flexible tape measure or have a professional tailor take your measurements before choosing a size.
You can choose a size using our sizing chart or contact us with your measurements and we will help you choose your size.
If you receive your dress and it does not fit properly, we will tailor your dress once, free of charge. Please see our sizing chart for more information on choosing the best fit for you.
We use adjustable mannequins to size our dresses so you can assured that your dress will fit well.
Do you offer custom sizing?
We do offer custom sizing, however, if you are ordering a dress that is custom-sized we recommend having a professional tailor take your measurements. At this time, if you would like to order a custom-sized dress, please contact us with your style choices, fabric choices and measurements.
Will sales tax apply to my order?
Sales tax will apply only if your shipping address is within New York State.
